The message reads, in part:

I am delighted to welcome all the distinguished participants of the solemn event on the occasion of the opening of the historical-documentary exhibition “Tajikistan and Russia: The Path of Friendship and Creation”, devoted to the significant date, the 25th anniversary of the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Russian Federation.

This event is one of the most vivid examples of strong ties of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation between Tajikistan and Russia.

The friendly and partnership relations between the two countries has passed the test of time and, thanks to the aspiration of our peoples, we managed to build reliable and trustworthy ties based on strategic partnership and alliance.

Today, the interaction of Tajikistan and Russia covers all spheres of life of our states. It is gratifying to note that throughout all these years the tendency of progressive development of bilateral relations in political, trade-economic, military-technical, scientific and humanitarian spheres remain unchanged.

I am convinced that this exhibition, designed to clearly demonstrate our joint efforts to develop and strengthen cooperation in all areas of interaction, will give its visitors many positive impressions of the achievements along the way.

I would like to express my gratitude to the organizers of the event and wish them success and well-being.
